Its location was convenient and unbeatable, close to car park park, and the pub or the local area. The staff were excellent and hospitable, ready to any request. The food at the restaurant was good.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely noisy.

Even though there were a few downsides to my stay, there were a couple of things that I did enjoy. they offered a couple of complimentary items that really made my day. Plus, the hotel was located quite conveniently, which was something that made my stay way more practical. Lastly, I must say that the staff was really friendly and welcoming, which goes a long way in terms of creating a positive experience.
Well, I have to say that my christmas getaway wasn't quite what I was expecting. The first thing that really bothered me was the lack of cleanliness in the carpets throughout the hotel.

The staff was accommodating and hospitable!
Thank you all for a special stay for a business trip. The room was luxury and cool, with a view over garden. There were multi-channel television, a coffeemaker and a writing table when we arrived. The location was unbeatable, next to Church of st Cuthbert...
